8:15 AM: Early drop-off opens
9:00 AM: Warm-up & mindset prep
9:20 β 10:45 AM: High-energy skill stations (dribbling, passing, 1v1s)
10:45 β 11:00 AM: Snack & shade break
11:00 β 12:00 PM: Tactical work (spacing, decision-making, movement)
12:00 β 1:00 PM: Lunch + recovery
1:00 β 3:00 PM: Game play + scrimmages w/ coaching feedback
3:00 PM: Dismissal
β° Half Day ends at 12:30 PM (after lunch break)
