Refund & Cancellation Policy

PTP-PLAYERSTEACHINGPLAYERS LLC is committed to delivering high-quality training experiences while maintaining fairness, professionalism, and operational integrity. This refund and cancellation policy applies to all programs, including Summer Camps, Clinics, Private Training, and Group Classes.

Summer Camps

Cancellation Requests:

  • 30+ days before camp start: Full refund, minus a 3% processing fee.

  • 14–29 days before camp start: 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future PTP program.

  • Less than 14 days before camp start: No refund. Credit may be considered in the event of documented medical emergencies.

Transfers:

  • Camp registration may be transferred to a different week or participant, subject to availability, up to 7 days before the scheduled start.

Clinics & Group Classes

Cancellations:

  • More than 48 hours before session: Full refund or credit.

  • 24–48 hours before session: Credit only.

  • Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: No refund or credit will be issued.

Credit Policy:

  • Credits are valid for the same season (e.g., summer, fall) and must be used before the end of that season unless otherwise approved.

Private Training Sessions

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or penalty-free reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: The session will be charged in full.

No-Shows:

  • Sessions missed without prior notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Weather & Emergencies

  • In the case of weather-related cancellations, PTP will attempt to reschedule or issue future credit when appropriate.

  • Refund exceptions due to medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon submission of proper documentation.

Program Cancellations by PTP

PTP-PLAYERSTEACHINGPLAYERS LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program due to low enrollment, trainer availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or credit.

Submitting a Refund or Credit Request

All requests must be made in writing and submitted to:

Please include the participant’s name, program name, date, and reason for cancellation.

Agreement

By enrolling in any PTP program, you acknowledge and accept this refund and cancellation policy.
