One 60-minute private session is $90 + 3% processing fee ($92.70 total). You see the total before you pay, and you only pay after a coach accepts your request.

How does booking work?

Send a request with your player's details and the times that work for you. A coach accepts the time, then we text you a payment link. Pay before the deadline in that message to keep the session. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.

Do we have to train every week?

No. You can book one session at a time. If a weekly time suits your family, ask for the same coach and time again. Each session still needs the coach to accept.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Rescheduling is free up to 2 hours before the session, up to 3 times for one booking. If you cancel 24 hours or more before the session, you get a full refund. Between 2 and 24 hours before, you get a 50% refund. Less than 2 hours before, or if the player does not show up, there is no refund. If your coach cancels, you always get a full refund. Do you train in winter?

Sessions can continue in winter when the weather and the location allow. If a session cannot go ahead because of weather, we will contact you to move it. Indoor space depends on the location and is confirmed before you pay.
