I am a Junior defender on the Saint Joseph’s University Men’s Soccer team, playing at the Division I collegiate level. I currently play as a center back for the Hawks. Before SJU, I began my college career at Bucknell University and also had a standout high school career at Haverford, where I captained the team, earned multiple All-State and Player of the Year honors, and set the school scoring record with 21 goals in a season. Additionally, I played for and captained Penn Fusion Soccer Academy for most of my youth. Soccer has shaped who I am, from learning teamwork and leadership to handling pressure and celebrating growth. Throughout my journey, coaches who trusted me, challenged me, and emphasized fundamentals helped me most. I want to give back to the sport by coaching young players so they can build confidence, master the basics, and fall in love with the game the same way I did. I’m passionate about helping kids: Understand the game’s fundamentals, Build strong habits early, Learn resilience and teamwork.
I will always have a plan to work on things based around a players specific position or skillset. Additionally, I think it is important to have overarching themes and goals that work towards mastery of technique. I want my players to feel comfortable and confident on the ball, no matter their position.
