Terms of Service

1) Overview

These Terms govern participation in programs, clinics, camps, and related services provided by PTP‑PLAYERSTEACHINGPLAYERS LLC (“PTP,” “we,” “us”). By registering or attending, you accept these Terms for yourself and/or your minor participant.

2) Registration & Payment

• Provide accurate contact and medical information and keep it updated.
• Fees are due at checkout; taxes and processor fees may apply.
• Refunds/credits are handled per our Refund Policy.

3) Scheduling & Changes

• We may adjust dates, times, staff, or locations to ensure safety and operations.
• Winter clinics are indoors unless noted; emergencies may require pause or reschedule.
• Force‑majeure events may excuse performance.

4) Health, Safety & Risk

• Soccer involves inherent risks; participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Disclose relevant conditions; give labeled EpiPens/inhalers to the Site Lead at check‑in.
• All Site Leads are CPR/First Aid certified; you authorize emergency care and accept related costs.

5) Conduct & Property

• Sportsmanship and staff directions are required; unsafe conduct may result in removal.
• Do not bring valuables; PTP is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

6) Media & IP

Photos/video may be captured per our Media Release. PTP content and branding are protected; no reuse without permission.

7) Disclaimers, Limits & Venue

Services are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by PA law, PTP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; liability is limited to fees paid for the impacted program. Pennsylvania law governs; exclusive venue is in Pennsylvania courts.
