Who's Coaching Your Kid
Current NCAA D1 Players

Not retired. Not volunteers. These are current college athletes who still compete at the highest level — and they don't coach from the sideline. They're in the drills, in the scrimmages, and by Tuesday, your kid won't call them "coach." They'll call them by name. Every one is background checked and CPR certified.

Parent FAQs
Age & Skill Level
Ages 6 to 14. We group by age and skill level so beginners aren't overwhelmed and experienced players stay challenged. First-timers welcome — most of our campers are.
Both — but honestly, most of our campers are beginner to intermediate. Kids who love soccer and want to get better in a fun environment. We're not a travel team tryout. Nobody gets cut. Nobody sits on a bench. If your kid loves kicking a ball around, they'll have a blast.
8 kids per coach, max. Each location caps at around 40–48 campers total, split into small groups. Your kid isn't lost in a crowd of 200 — every coach knows every camper's name by Tuesday.
Most campers come solo. By lunch on Monday, they've got a team, a country name, and new friends. That's kind of the whole point.
This is one of the reasons we keep groups small. 8 kids per coach means your child doesn't disappear into a crowd. Our coaches are trained to notice the quiet kid hanging back and bring them in naturally — through partner drills, team games, or just tossing them the ball. Monday is always the hardest. By Wednesday, most shy kids don't want to leave. If you're worried, text Luke directly before camp and we'll make sure the right coach is ready: (610) 671-4778
Yes. We group by age and ability, not gender. Our coaching staff includes both men and women — including Lily Phillips from Penn State's women's program. Every kid is welcome and every kid competes.
Food, Health & Safety
Pack a lunch. We provide snacks and water throughout the day, but your kid needs to bring their own lunch. Keep it simple — something they can eat fast and get back on the field.
Note any allergies on the registration form. Our provided snacks are nut-free. If your child has an EpiPen or inhaler, send it labeled in their bag.
Every coach is background checked and CPR/First Aid certified. Mandatory water breaks every 20–30 minutes. First aid kit on-field at all times. We call you immediately for anything beyond a scraped knee.
We take heat seriously. Mandatory water breaks every 20–30 minutes. On high-heat days, we move to shaded areas, shorten sessions, and increase rest periods. If the heat index goes above 105°F, we move activities indoors or cancel and notify you by text. Every coach is trained on heat illness recognition. We always have water on-field — but please send your kid with a full water bottle and sunscreen applied before arrival.
Drop Off, Pick Up & Logistics
Drop off: 8:45 – 9:00 AM · Pick up: 2:50 – 3:00 PM. Need early pickup? Text Luke directly: (610) 671-4778
Not at this time. Camp runs 9 AM to 3 PM. We know that doesn't cover a full workday — many families coordinate with a neighbor or sitter for the gap. If enough parents request extended hours, we'll add it. Let us know.
You'll get a welcome email the week before camp with the exact field location, parking spot, and check-in instructions. On Monday morning, look for the PTP tent — a coach will greet you and walk your kid to their group.
Cleats, shin guards, water bottle, sunscreen (applied before arrival), packed lunch, and any medications (EpiPen, inhaler). We handle everything else — balls, cones, pinnies, snacks, and hydration.
Light rain? We play through it — soccer is an outdoor sport. Thunderstorms? We shelter until it clears. Either way, we text you with real-time updates so you're never guessing.
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to watch from the sideline all day — many do, especially on Monday and Friday. Just know that kids tend to be more independent (and have more fun) when parents aren't hovering. We send daily highlight videos so you don't miss a thing even if you drop and go.
The Camp Experience
A current or former MLS player plays in the championship game with the kids, signs jerseys, takes photos, and talks about going pro. It's not a wave from the sideline — they're on the field competing alongside your kid. Parents are welcome to come for Friday — it's the highlight of the week.
It happens. Monday is always the adjustment day — new place, new kids, new coaches. Most kids who are unsure on Monday are begging to come back by Wednesday. If your child genuinely isn't having a good time after Day 2, text Luke at (610) 671-4778. We'll talk it through, and if camp truly isn't the right fit, we'll work something out. We'd rather a family leave happy than force a kid through a miserable week.
We send daily highlight videos and photos so you can see your kid in action. You'll also get the World Cup standings so you can follow your kid's team at the dinner table. And if you ever want to check in during the day, text us anytime.
Pricing & Booking
Yes! The multi-week discount applies across siblings — book 2 kids for the same week and it counts as 2 weeks (10% off). Book the same kid for 3 weeks, same deal (15% off).
Yes. Mix and match any weeks at any location. The discount is based on total weeks in your cart, not the location.
Per kid, per week. That covers 5 full days, 30 hours of coaching, the MLS player visit, a camp t-shirt and ball, snacks, daily videos, and awards. At roughly $18 per hour, it's less than most babysitters charge — and your kid is training with D1 athletes instead of watching TV.
Full refund up to 14 days before camp starts. No questions asked. After that, we'll credit you toward a future week. Plans change — we get it.
