1) Core Expectations

  • Show respect to staff, coaches, teammates, officials, and facilities.
  • Follow instructions the first time; practice good sportsmanship.
  • Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself; no foul language or gestures.

2) Safety & Equipment

  • Arrive 15 minutes early with water and appropriate footwear (cleats/flats).
  • Shin guards recommended; tie long hair back; jewelry should not interfere with play.
  • Report injuries or concerns to staff immediately.

3) Anti-Bullying & Harassment

Bullying, harassment, hazing, discrimination, or intimidating behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in removal without refund.

4) Digital & Media Etiquette

  • Personal device use during sessions is discouraged unless approved by staff.
  • Do not record or share images/video of others without permission. See our Media Release.

5) Attendance & Conduct Responses

  • Chronic lateness, unsafe play, or disrespect may lead to time-outs, parent contact, or removal.
  • Serious violations may result in immediate dismissal without refund, consistent with the Refund Policy.

6) Personal Property

Bring only necessary items. PTP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

7) Parent/Guardian Expectations

  • Model positive sideline behavior; avoid coaching from the sidelines.
  • Direct concerns to the Site Lead away from participants, when appropriate.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and discuss any medical or behavioral needs with staff.

8) Acknowledgment

Registration constitutes acknowledgment of this Code and agreement to follow staff instructions. The Liability Waiver also applies to conduct and safety.
