Weather / indoor policy
Indoor clinics run rain or shine. Outdoor camps follow field-partner guidance; updates go out by 7:15 AM.
Refunds & transfers
No refunds within 14 days of the event. 15+ days out: transfer to another family or future PTP clinic (subject to availability). Free name transfers any time.
