Finn Sundstrom Joins PTP August Camp in Chesterbrook

Another great week of PTP camp in the books. Thank you to the players and families who made August 3 to 7 in Chesterbrook such a special week.

A visit from Finn Sundstrom

A special thank you to Finn Sundstrom for coming out and spending time with the players.

We appreciate everyone who continues to support what we are building at PTP. Grateful for another awesome week.

The coaching plan behind our August week

We planned August 3 to 7 at the CYLAX field in Wilson Farm Park. Our opening sessions focused on ball mastery and passing combinations before moving into dribbling, finishing and possession.

Later sessions were designed around support angles, quicker decisions and transitions. In plain terms, that meant helping players think about where to move to support a teammate and how to respond when possession changes.

The Friday plan brought those themes together with skills finals and World Cup play. Finn’s visit was another part of the week we were grateful to share with our campers and families.

About Players Teaching Players

Players Teaching Players brings young soccer players together with college and professional players through camps, clinics and training. Our programs connect soccer instruction with mentorship from players who are still working on their own game.
